CRAFTING INVISIBLE LUXURY
30 March - 02 April, 2026
01
CATALONIA, SPAIN
An intimate 3-day immersion for established planners ready to learn the invisible architecture behind unforgettable events.
02
LEARN / CONNECT / RECHARGE
The best experiences feel effortless and magical, which means the structure holding them together is invisible. Experience designers in other industries (museums, art installations, immersive theater, experiential marketing activations, hospitality) use specific principles: emotional pacing, sensory layering, narrative architecture, threshold design. Wedding planners don't typically use these terms. But they're exactly what separates immersive from pretty. Once you see the framework, you can't unsee it. And you can use it deliberately.
Join experience designers Julie Comfort and Lisa Thaens at a beautiful villa in Catalonia for three nights and two intensive training days. We've designed this retreat to do three things: give you a repeatable framework for experience design, reignite your creative energy, and connect you with a small cohort of ambitious peers.
We intentionally keep this retreat intimate so there's room for real collaboration and connection. Days are spent immersed in design thinking, prototyping, and hands-on practice with our empathy-driven approach. And since every detail is designed by two professional experience designers, the event is a full immersion in the methodology where you don’t just learn about it, you get to fully live it.
You'll return home with a framework that integrates seamlessly into your current workflow, the language to articulate your approach to discerning clients, and the confidence to command fees that reflect the depth of what you create.

IS THIS YOU?
03
You've mastered the logistics and aesthetics, but you've hit a creative ceiling with traditional planning approaches
Clients are asking for more immersive guest experiences and you struggle to translate that into specific design decisions
You're booked but not creatively fulfilled, repeating variations of what's worked before rather than pushing boundaries
You want the vocabulary and framework to articulate what you do intuitively, so you can sell your vision with confidence
You're craving connection with fellow creatives who are ambitious, curious, and ready to evolve beyond what the industry considers best practices

READY TO TRANSFORM THE WAY YOU DESIGN EVENTS?
08
You're already designing experiences intuitively. You know how to create a moment, build anticipation, make guests feel something. But what if you could do it systematically? What if instead of relying on instinct and hoping it lands, you had a repeatable framework that guaranteed that emotional impact every single time?
Your work deserves to stand apart. After this training, you’ll be able to deliver something that very few planners can: events that feel deeply personal, wildly elevated, and that make every guest feel seen. Events that feel effortless because the structure holding them together is invisible.
