Join us at a beautiful villa in Catalonia, Spain for three nights and two transformative days designed to reignite your creativity, sharpen your eye for meaning, and position your work at the highest level of emotional and experiential luxury. We intentionally keep this retreat small so there are more opportunities to connect.

The Details of Your Stay

We believe that to learn luxury, you must live it. We have designed every detail of these three days so you can focus entirely on your growth. The following is included in the cost:

  • Accommodation: Three nights in a private, thoughtfully appointed room in a luxury villa near Barcelona.

  • Nourishment: A full culinary experience featuring breakfasts, lunches, and dinners prepared on-site by a private local chef.

  • Mentorship: Two days of intimate, hands-on training and prototyping with Julie and Lisa.

  • Curated Surprises: Thoughtful gifts and sensory touchpoints throughout the immersion.

  • Ease of Travel: Shared private transportation to and from the Barcelona city center.

  • Recognition: A certificate of completion designating you as a trained Experiential Event Designer.

Travel to Spain is not included. The best airport to fly into is Barcelona El Prat (BCN). You should plan to be in Central Barcelona by 5:00pm on Monday, March 30. The group will meet there and travel together to the villa. Exact details will be provided closer to the arrival date.

A deposit of $1500 is required now to hold your space. The remaining balance will be due by March 2, 2026 and any discount you qualify for will be reflected on your final invoice. A reminder and payment link will be sent to you. If you have decided to share a room, please just let us know before the payment deadline and who you will be sharing with so the deduction will be made from both of your final invoices.

Once you’ve reserved your place and paid the deposit we will collect more information from you to tailor the experience to you personally.

All retreat payments are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration fee can be applied in full to a future workshop or transferred to another participant. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
